Baked BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar

  • ½ cup infused honey

  • ½ cup tomato sauce

  • ¼ cup ketchup

  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes


Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat.

  2. Stir often and bring to a simmer.

  3. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Store covered in the fridge until ready to use.


Rad Ranch Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups infused sour cream

  • 1 tsp dried dill

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt


Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Let the mixture rest for at least 15 minutes before serving.

  3. Store in the fridge for up to a week.

  4. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs (cut into 1½" cubes)

    • ¾ cup Panko

    • ¼ cup Cornstarch

    • 1 Egg (whisked)

    • ½ tsp Garlic Powder

    • ¼ cup Buffalo Sauce

    • 3 tbsp Infused Butter (melted)


Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Toss chicken with cornstarch and garlic powder. Coat with egg.

  3. Dip chicken in panko, then place on a lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake another 10 minutes.

  5. Mix melted butter with buffalo sauce. Toss baked chicken in the sauce.

  6. Serve with ranch. Enjoy!

Stoned and Spicy Korean BBQ Nuggets

Crispy, double-fried chicken pieces are coated in a deliciously bold sauce made from gochujang, garlic, ginger, soy, infused honey, and sesame oil and infused honey for that extra kick. Ingredients:
  • Nuggets

    • 12 chicken tenders (cut into thirds)

      • 1 cup sweet rice flour

      • 1 tbsp cornstarch

      • 1 ¼ cup cold water

      • Salt & pepper

      • Avocado oil (for frying)

  • Sweet, Spicy and Stoned Sauce

    • ¼ cup gochujang

      • 5 garlic cloves (minced)

      • 2 tbsp ginger (minced)

      • 1 green onion (sliced)

      • 2 ½ tbsp soy sauce

      • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

      • 1 tbsp brown sugar

      • 1 tbsp infused honey

      • 2 tsp infused sesame oil


Instructions:
  1. Heat oil to 350°F. Mix all sauce ingredients and set aside.

  2. Sift flour and cornstarch, whisk in water until smooth.

  3. Dip chicken in batter, shake off excess, and fry for 5-6 minutes in batches. Drain and season

  4. Double fry for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Toss in sauce and serve.


Stoned Sweet Potato Nuggets

A delicious and healthier take on your classic nugget! These nuggets combine ground chicken with shredded sweet potato and a blend of spices for a flavorful, savory bite. Baked to golden  they’re a great choice for a satisfying snack or meal. Serve with one of our favorite faded dipping sauce and enjoy these flavorful, feel-good nuggets!


Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground chicken

    • 2 cups shredded sweet potato (2 medium)

    • 3 tbsp almond flour

    • 1 tbsp chili powder

    • 2 tsp garlic powder

    • 2 tsp dried minced onion (or 1 tsp onion powder)

    • 1 tsp smoked paprika

    • 1 tsp salt


Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line a baking sheet.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Shape the mixture into oval nuggets, about ¼-½ inch thick.

  4. Arrange nuggets on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.

  5. For extra crispness, broil for 3 minutes or pan-fry for 2 minutes on each side.

  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
